How's this for a wierd notam:

The fun part is the altitude description: "Altitude: From and including
the surface up to and including 0 feet MSL".

Death Valley, Dead Sea, Qattara Depression, Caspian Depression, ...
There are few areas in the world where something like this may make sense.
